Preacher Curl

An exercise where the pad helps you focus all the effort right on the bicep muscle, by eliminating swinging. Plant your elbows on the pad directly below your shoulders. Take the weight up and back, squeezing at the top. You can vary the grip by using a straight bar or an EZ bar.
