Machine Press (Chest)

Using the machine takes away the need to stabilise during the movement, focussing the work right on the pec muscles. Push the handles forward, squeeze your chest when you get to the top, come gently back. The machine in our video has a slight angle, meaning you're pushing down, working on the lower part of the chest.
