Decline Cable Fly

A slight variation on the standard cable fly, here you're focussing the effort on the lower pec, by leaning forward only slightly, and bringing your hands together fairly near your body. Lock the arms with a slight bend in the elbows, move only at the shoulder joint, concentrating on squeezing the pec muscle together.
