Cable Flys

Set the pullys high on the cable machine. Take both handles, lean forward slightly, standing slightly in front of the machine, elbows slightly bent. Slowly bring the handles down in front of your body. Squeeze your chest at the bottom of the movement. Slowly back, keeping elbows locked.
