Rope Kickback

Using a double rope on this exercise will allow the tricep to lengthen fully. Bend over at about 45 degrees, knees slightly bent. Take the ropes, and tuck your elbows in to the sides. Extend the rope behind you, fists coming down by your sides. Extend fully and squeeze. Take the rope slowly back, and repeat.
