Lying Barbell Row

Choose a platform that is high enough to let you extend your arms below you with the weight. Lie face down on the platform, with your legs supported behind you. Place the barbell directly beneath your chest. As you pull up, focus on the squeeze, isolating those middle back muscles. Explode up, squeeze, and slowly down.
